Due to the continuing success of Waylands we are looking for a Transaction Manager to join the team at our Omoda Jaecoo dealership in Bristol. The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator with first-class presentation skills, strong attention to detail, and automotive showroom experience in a similar role. You will understand what it takes to assist the sales team in constructing and closing deals profitably while prioritising customer satisfaction.
Our ideal candidate is someone already in a similar role; however, we would consider a senior sales executive looking to progress.
What’s the Role?This role involves sitting with customers, recommending and selling finance, insurance, and additional products while working within FCA regulations and company guidelines. You must be FCA accredited or prepared to obtain accreditation.
You will develop successful working relationships and collaborate closely with the General Sales Manager, sales team, and other internal departments to facilitate the swift delivery of customers’ vehicles.
What Does a Typical Day Involve?- Matching customers’ needs to the relevant finance sources.
- Maximising the sales department’s performance through effective lead management and reporting.
- Constructing offers and assisting in closing sales through second facing and ongoing coaching of the sales team.
- Promoting accurate and efficient order processing and vehicle deliveries.
- Assisting the Sales Manager in achieving new‑car registration targets and used‑car volume sales while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Financial forecasting.
- Deputising for the Sales Manager as necessary.
- 5.5‑day week on a set rota that includes weekends (45 hours per week).
- Basic salary of £26k with an OTE of up to £61k.
