Outbound Telesales Executive (Warm Leads) - Bristol
Please note:
the company's offices are on the outskirts of Bristol and not easily accessible by public transport.
5 days a week - Monday–Friday, office-based with alternate Saturdays (and obviously a day off during the relevant week)

This is not cold calling, and it’s not high‑pressure selling. It’s about engaging conversations, understanding customer needs, and arranging an appointment for a field specialist to help them choose the right product.
What You’ll Be Doing- Making professional, outbound calls to warm leads requesting information
- Building rapport quickly and confidently over the phone
- Understanding individual needs with empathy and a clear, patient communication style
- Handling objections positively and moving conversations forward
- Booking home appointments for field consultants
- Sending brochures, handling follow‑ups, and updating the CRM
- Managing a consistent call flow and working towards realistic KPIs
