Business Development Manager x2 – Bathrooms The Role

My client is looking to recruit two Business Development Managers to manage established territories across East Anglia and the South Central region. The role will involve selling a full range of bathroom products including baths, sanitaryware, shower enclosures, shower doors, shower valves and heated towel rails. You will be selling to both national and independent merchants as well as bathroom showrooms, managing a well-established customer base while identifying opportunities to grow sales.

My client is a well-established business within the bathroom sector with a strong presence across the UK and Ireland. The business has built a reputation for reliability, strong stock availability and efficient logistics. They have experienced significant growth in recent years and continues to invest heavily, allowing them to provide excellent service levels to their customers. With a strong sales team already in place across the UK, this is an opportunity to join a stable and growing organisation with ambitious plans for continued expansion.

My client is open on background and is primarily looking for the right individual with strong commercial drive and relationship-building ability. Ideally candidates will have experience within the KBB, plumbing & heating or bathroom sector, although individuals selling into merchants from other building product sectors will also be considered.

The successful candidate will be personable, motivated and capable of building long-term relationships with customers while identifying opportunities to grow sales across their territory.
