CAR SALES EXECUTIVE Basic Salary: £20,000 OTE: £48,500

We are currently recruiting for an ambitious and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join a high-performing dealership in Bristol.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.

• Deliver exceptional face-to-face customer service throughout the full sales process
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with retail and business customers
• Manage all sales appointments professionally and deliver high-quality test drive experiences
• Identify customer needs and guide them through the complete vehicle buying journey
• Proactively follow up leads and enquiries to maximise every sales opportunity
• Work towards and exceed agreed sales targets and KPI objectives
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales and pre-delivery process

• Minimum 3 years' motor trade sales experience within a Main Car Dealership
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, rapport-building and customer service skills
• Enthusiastic, ambitious and target-driven personality
• MUST HOLD a full UK manual driving licence (subject to licence checks)
• Right to work in the UK
• No sponsor ships available
