Car Sales Manager Our client, a reputable multi-franchise approved car dealership in Bristol, is seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead their dynamic sales team.

• Competitive basic salary of £40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
• Uncapped annual earnings exceeding £56,000, with realistic on-target earnings of £57,000 based on performance

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Ensure exceptional customer experience by promoting best practices and valuing feedback
• Develop and implement engaging sales campaigns and events to generate revenue
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to craft targeted sales strategies
• Collaborate with departments to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data
• Act as the brand ambassador, leading from the front to ensure dealership standards are upheld
• Drive continuous improvement within the sales department, fostering a high-performance environment

• Previous experience at a Sales Manager level within a franchise-approved car dealership will be advantageous
• Demonstrable leadership and team management skills

• Proven track record in automotive sales success
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A UK driving licence with minimal points is essential
