Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Foster and nurture relationships with retailers at all levels, including senior management, regional teams, and sales advisors.
• Partner with retailers to pinpoint needs and implement initiatives that boost sales and amplify brand impact.
• Create and develop plans to improve the brand experience and the customer journey.
• Develop and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops for group and individual settings.
• Manage a small team of promoters in the region to achieve agreed sales targets.
• Drive sales through the development of exceptional brand loyalty and product knowledge.
• Apply an analytical approach to ensure sales targets are exceeded.
• Build and influence senior-level relationships to execute strategic go‑to‑market initiatives that drive sales results.

• Leadership experience from within retail management, specifically in technology, high‑end retail, or wearables sectors.
• Experience building and influencing senior‑level relationships.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to retain product knowledge for engaging retailers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience leading a team or supervising a supervisory role.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Salary of £32,000 per annum, plus up to 10% performance bonus.
• Company car or car allowance.
• Full‑time contract until the end of March 2027 (Wed‑Sun).
