Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales/Surveyor to join our team in Bristol. This on-site role involves conducting consultations with potential clients to understand their energy needs, presenting tailored solar and battery storage solutions, and helping guide them through financing options. The Sales/Surveyor will also be responsible for performing site assessments, collecting accurate data, preparing proposals, and collaborating with the installation team to ensure project success.

The role can also include building and managing a team of Sales Surveyors with office based management activities

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and build strong relationships
  • Proficiency in conducting surveys, site assessments, and data analysis
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems, battery storage, and renewable energy solutions
  • Experience in sales and the ability to explain complex solutions in a clear, client-friendly manner
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to design and recommend tailored energy solutions
  • Proficiency in relevant software for creating detailed proposals and reports
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally as required
  • Background in renewable energy is a strong advantage
