The roleWe’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Representative to join our Sports Medicine team, covering South Wales and Bristol.
In this role, you will:
- Drive sales growth across your territory
- Build and strengthen relationships with surgeons, nurses and clinical teams
- Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities
- Develop and execute territory plans to deliver long-term success
- Provide on-site support in theatre, using your product knowledge to advise on safe and effective use
This is a hands‑on role where your ability to think on your feet and add value in clinical environments will set you apart.

- A degree (or equivalent experience), ideally in science or business
- Proven sales experience (medical device or healthcare sales preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive, ownership mindset
- Full, clean driving licence
- Confidence working in surgical/theatre environments
