Trainee Lettings Negotiator

haart Estate Agents in Bristol seeks a Trainee Lettings Negotiator. No property experience required; training, mentoring and ongoing support will be provided.

Compensation
  • £28,000 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Full‑time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Training
  • Purpose‑built training location

Responsibilities
  • Market properties to potential tenants
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Agree new tenancies
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door‑knocking and leaflet dropping
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Continue training and development with close support from your mentor
