We're launching a hands‑on trainee programme for people who want a real career in recruitment , not just a job. For the first 3 months
, you’ll learn everything you need to run a high‑performing contract desk: sales, sourcing, negotiation, client development, and how to build a book of contractors from scratch.

You won’t be left on your own. You’ll be trained directly by the team and our MD. Someone with 15 years in the contract market and over £5m in personal billings
. He’s still on the tools every day, so you’ll be learning from someone who actually does the job, not someone who used to.

Average placement £500 GPPW I.E 2K GPPW is 4 placements..
