Vehicle Sales Manager

Our client, a reputable multi-franchise approved car and van dealership in Bristol, is seeking a highly experienced Car/Van Sales Manager due to an internal promotion. This role presents an ideal opportunity for a driven sales professional to lead a dynamic team and contribute to a growing, multi-brand business focusing on electric vehicle development.

Duties of a Vehicle Sales Manager
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of car and van sales staff to meet or exceed performance targets
  • Promote exceptional customer satisfaction by ensuring best practices and valuing customer feedback
  • Develop and execute engaging sales campaigns and events to generate business
  • Monitor market trends and customer needs to formulate targeted sales strategies
  • Collaborate with departments to maintain accurate customer data records
  • Act as a role model by exemplifying the dealership s values and standards
  • Drive a customer-centric sales environment that enhances brand reputation
Requirements of a Vehicle Sales Manager
  • Proven track record as a Sales Manager within a medium-to-large franchise-approved car dealership
  • Experience in either car or commercial vehicle sales is acceptable
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills
  • Full UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and achieving excellent results
