Salary: £41,257 + up to 20% performance bonus + £6,000 car allowance
Hours:
Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours (8–4 or 9–5)

As a Sales Manager, you’ll be out in the field driving new business, building strong relationships, and securing commercial contracts. This role is all about momentum — proactive outreach, confident engagement, and turning opportunities into revenue. You’ll own your territory, shape your pipeline, and make a direct impact on commercial growth.

• Field prospecting — Generate new business through proactive, face‑to‑face engagement and local outreach.
• Target achievement — Consistently hit and exceed new business goals.
• Pipeline management — Build, track, and convert a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.
• High‑impact pitching — Deliver compelling proposals that clearly demonstrate value.
• Opportunity identification — Use market insight and local visibility to uncover new revenue opportunities.

• A proactive prospector confident in face‑to‑face engagement and cold outreach.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Effective territory planning and CRM‑driven pipeline discipline.
• Solid understanding of B2B sales, pricing, commercial terms, and competitive positioning.
• Proven success in a field‑based new business role with self‑generated leads.
• Experience selling contract‑based or service‑led solutions in high‑interaction environments.
