Grant Handling is actively recruiting for an Area Sales Manager to achieve or exceed agreed sales targets for volume, mix, and quality within a designated area, focusing on small and medium‑sized truck users.

• Achieve agreed sales targets for volume, mix, and quality within the designated area.
• Focus on small and medium‑sized truck users.
• Deliver overall volume, mix, and quality through contact‑hire sales, cash/lease sales, System II sales, buyback‑rehire sales and other forklift products and services, meeting or exceeding budget and plan levels.
• Maintain excellent market awareness and ensure the business is presented to all target accounts, including proposals and tender lists.
• Work proactively with key accounts, telesales, and short‑term rental teams to circulate opportunities.
• Promote and deliver continuous improvement of the customer experience.
• Support and contribute to team‑based activities aimed at improving overall sales and business performance.
• Interact with all customers and colleagues consistently with the company’s culture and values.
