Butternut Box's mission is to deliver health and happiness to dogs all over the world with our fresh dog food and extras, delivered directly to customers' doors on a subscription model. To achieve our amazing growth targets, we are looking for passionate, driven, and fun Brand Ambassadors to join our high-performing sales teams. You will represent us at events, trade shows, and exhibitions across the country, engaging with dog owners and promoting the benefits of feeding fresh.

- Driving face-to-face sales:
Engage with potential customers at top-tier events in Bristol and surrounding areas, promoting Butternut Box in an ethical and inspirational manner. Shows include Crufts, Dogfest, Ideal Home Show, etc (we go to over 900 a year as a business!). - Educating dog parents:
Inform and educate our customers about the benefits of Butternut Box, ensuring they understand our commitment to high-quality, natural, fresh food. - Building relationships:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty. - Achieving sales targets:
Be target-driven, striving to exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Dog lover:
Must have a genuine affection for dogs and an understanding of their needs. - Sales enthusiast:
Passion for sales and a knack for connecting with people (and their dogs). - Customer focus:
Dedicated to helping customers and their dogs. - Target-oriented:
Earn more by helping more dogs. - Available on weekends:
Must have generally good availability Friday–Sunday. - Over age 18:
Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
- Uncapped commission:
Benefit from a no-cap commission structure, offering unlimited earning potential based on sales performance. We also run regular sales incentives throughout the year (gift cards, dinner vouchers and Airbnb getaways). - Day rate of £100+ with on-target earnings totalling between £300‑£350+ per day, capable of reaching upwards of £500 per day for top salespeople.

At Butternut, we put the food back into dog food. We believe dogs deserve to eat the healthiest, most natural and tastiest food with none of the nasties. That’s why we make freshly prepared dog food. Cooked like you would ivered in perfect portions. Our goal is to help dogs live healthier, happier and longer lives whilst leaving humans smiling after every interaction.
We’ve come a long way since our co-founders (Kev & Dave) hand-delivered the first Butternut Box. We now feed a lot of dogs across the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Germany and Belgium – and we want to feed dogs everywhere. And to do this, we need a team of brilliant people who share that ambition to come and work with us.
