Location:
Nailsea
Salary: £27,000–£29,000
We are seeking an experienced and confident Senior Property Consultant for our Nailsea office. The role involves managing the full sales process, securing new instructions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast‑paced environment.
Hours:
Monday–Friday 8:45am–6pm
Saturday 9am–4pm (1 in 3, day off in lieu)
- Managing enquiries and registering applicants
- Conducting viewings and advising buyers
- Carrying out valuations and securing instructions
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales
- Building strong client relationships
- Generating new business and maintaining local presence
- Ensuring compliance throughout the process
- Estate agency experience at Senior Negotiator or Valuer level
- Strong local market knowledge
- Proven track record in valuations and sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and professional
- Full UK driving licence
