The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business and maximising revenue opportunities across the entire Mad Swans offering. You will focus on attracting corporate clients, agencies, event organisers and local businesses, creating bespoke experiences that showcase everything Mad Swans has to offer. This includes driving sales across corporate events, meetings, conferences, team‑building experiences, accommodation packages, private events and the Topflight loyalty programme.
Working closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing Team, you will develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth, increases brand awareness and builds long‑term client relationships. This role requires a highly motivated self‑starter who enjoys networking, prospecting, relationship building and converting opportunities into lasting commercial partnerships.
- Achieve ambitious sales and revenue targets across corporate events, accommodation, private events and the Topflight loyalty programme
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking and relationship building
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of corporate clients, event agencies and business partners
- Promote and sell the Topflight loyalty programme to corporate organisations and individual guests
- Develop compelling sales presentations, proposals and packages tailored to client requirements
- Identify key decision‑makers and build relationships with prospective clients
- Conduct venue show‑rounds, presentations and client meetings to showcase the Mad Swans experience
- Convert enquiries and sales leads into confirmed bookings and memberships
- Maximise revenue through upselling experiences, accommodation, hospitality packages and loyalty programme benefits
- Build long‑term client relationships to secure repeat business, referrals and ongoing partnerships
- Represent Mad Swans at networking events, exhibitions, conferences and industry functions
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to support campaigns, partnerships and lead‑generation initiatives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system and manage the sales pipeline effectively
- Produce regular sales forecasts, reports and business development updates
- Liaise with Finance to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection
- Support internal and external client entertainment activities, including events, showcases and taster sessions
- Ensure a seamless handover from sales to operations, delivering exceptional client experiences from enquiry through to event delivery
- Act as an ambassador for the Mad Swans brand at all times
- A proven and successful sales professional with experience in corporate sales, business development, hospitality, events, memberships or loyalty programmes
- Experienced in delivering significant revenue targets and managing commercial budgets
- Results‑driven, commercially minded and motivated by achieving ambitious sales goals
- Comfortable launching, promoting and growing new products, services or membership propositions
- Highly effective at opening doors, creating opportunities and building strong sales pipelines
- Skilled at identifying decision‑makers and converting prospects into long‑term clients
- An excellent communicator, presenter and negotiator
- Confident building relationships and networking at all levels
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a standalone sales role
