Account Executive Bristol (office based) £30,000 - £35,000 base
If you are a top performer, you can expect to be earning:
Year 1 - £75,000+, Year 2 - £120,000+.
If you have at least 1 year’s experience in end‑to‑end sales or you are an experienced cold caller within the business‑to‑business market then we want to speak to you!
Monday to Friday – Fully office based.

As an Account Executive, you will:- Proactive outbound B2B calling to connect with decision‑makers and build your own pipeline
- Booking, running, and owning your own appointments from first contact through to close
- Managing a dynamic sales cycle — from fast 1‑week wins to longer 5‑month enterprise deals
- Building strong commercial relationships, handling objections, and confidently positioning value over the phone and in meetings
- Taking full ownership of your performance, targets, and uncapped commission in a high‑reward environment
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, with a strong ability to build rapport and engage customers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence speaking to decision‑makers
- Highly results‑driven, resilient, and motivated by targets, success, and earning potential
- A proactive, self‑starter mindset with the hunger to learn, improve, and progress quickly in your career
