My Client is a Large house builder looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to work in the Bristol area.
You will be offered a generous salary and a great commission structure plus mileage.
If you're looking to step into a large corporate structure but with a family feel this could be the right move for you.
The ideal person will need at least 2 years' experience working on fast placed development or working with a similar national house builder.
Responsibilities- First point of contact for all customers, with excellent communication and outstanding customer service.
- Negotiate the sales details with purchases.
- Use a CRM system confidently.
- Drive to other developments to cover appointments.
- Chase up customer leads, follow up on appointments, and try to maximise sales.
- Primary contact up to and including completion.
- Ensure the sales area is well presented at all times.
- Portray a professional image.
- Assist clients with optional extras.
