- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (email, Linked In, phone, social, events)
- Build strong pipelines by targeting Director, VP and C-level decision makers across industries
- Execute multi-channel outbound cadences to book high-quality discovery meetings
- Research, personalize, and tailor outreach to prospect pain points and business goals
- Partner closely with Account Executives to build account strategies and land key deals
- Share insights with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine messaging
- Leverage tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Linked In Sales Navigator, and Gong to maximize efficiency
- 1+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably targeting mid-market or enterprise
- You’ve consistently exceeded quotas and pipeline targets
- You’re confident speaking to VP and C-level executives — with a consultative, value-based approach
- Strong outbound prospecting skills (phone, email, Linked In, video prospecting, etc.)
- Experience using modern sales engagement platforms (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Sales Navigator)
- You’re competitive, coachable, and motivated by growth — both for yourself and your team
