Sales & Marketing Assistant BS20, North Somerset Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm Temporary to Permanent Opportunity Fully Office-Based An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual to join a growing business based in the BS20 area. This varied role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure across sales, administration and marketing within a busy and supportive office environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales function, managing customer enquiries, maintaining accurate records and assisting with a range of marketing activities designed to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities Producing accurate quotations and proposals for customers. Processing customer orders and purchase orders. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Managing and updating CRM records. Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email. Supporting lead generation and business development activities. Assisting with marketing campaigns and promotional projects. Updating website and social media content. Supporting email marketing activity and customer communications.

Conducting market research and competitor analysis. Maintaining accurate sales and customer data. Creation, checking and sending of ad-hoc / recurring invoices Communicating with Aged Debtors with regards statements and overdue invoices Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, sales support or a similar office-based role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Good IT skills including Microsoft Office. Experience using CRM systems would be advantageous. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines. A proactive and self-motivated approach. Previous marketing or digital marketing experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
