Area Sales Manager – South West Field Based | South West England Competitive Salary  Company Car  Uncapped Commission/Bonus  Excellent Benefits A leading materials handling specialist is looking to appoint an ambitious and commercially Area Sales Manager to join its growing sales team across the South West. Covering a well-established territory, this role offers an outstanding opportunity for a proven sales professional to develop new business, grow existing accounts and build long-term customer relationships within one of the UK's most respected equipment providers.

We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates from the materials handling, plant hire, powered access or construction equipment rental.

The Role Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
Developing new business opportunities across your territory Managing and growing existing customer accounts Identifying opportunities for equipment sales, fleet replacement and contract renewals Conducting site visits and customer meetings across the region Building relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders Producing quotations and negotiating commercial agreements Maintaining an active sales pipeline and achieving monthly sales targets Representing the business professionally within your local market The Candidate

You will be:

An experienced field sales professional Hungry, self-motivated and target driven Skilled at winning new business and developing customer relationships Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills Organised and capable of managing a large geographical territory Comfortable working autonomously whilst being part of a wider sales team Ideal Backgrounds We would particularly like to hear from candidates currently working within:
