We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Regional Sales Executive to join our Sales team in Ipswich. This role offers the opportunity to manage and grow a designated territory, building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored materials handling and warehouse equipment solutions.

As a Regional Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through the sale of new and used materials handling equipment, service contracts, and value-added solutions.

• Promote and sell the full range of new and used materials handling equipment, including counterbalance and warehouse trucks, across your designated territory.
• Identify and secure opportunities to sell service, maintenance and support contracts.
• Develop new business opportunities while managing and growing existing customer accounts.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organisations.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of customer requirements, market trends and competitor activity.
• Achieve agreed call rates and sales targets to maximise territory potential and market share.
• Manage your diary effectively to optimise customer engagement and business development activity.
• Produce accurate quotations and process orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure all customer interactions and opportunities are recorded and maintained within the CRM system.
• Work closely with suppliers and internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and administration accuracy.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Proven experience in a field-based sales role, preferably within materials handling, capital equipment, logistics, or a related industry.
• Experience selling both equipment and service-based contracts.
• Strong commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach.
• Knowledge of storage, warehousing and logistics operations.
• Understanding of account planning and business development strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• An understanding of different contract structures and commercial agreements.
• A proactive and results-driven approach to sales.
