Territory Manager (Medical Devices) - South West & South Wales

Our client is a well-respected distributor of medical devices with ambitious plans for growth. They are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Territory Manager to drive sales growth across South West England, South Wales and the Midlands. Your remit will involve selling a diverse portfolio (ranging from key, high-value capital equipment to consumables) into ENT and Speech & Language departments across both the public and private sectors, with the aim of consistently growing the customer base and territory revenue.

Essential Skills & Experience Significant medical device sales experience, ideally within the ENT space . However, a strong background in capital equipment sales gained in a different specialty will also be considered. Strong commercial acumen and a proven history of devising and delivering successful multi-strand sales strategies.

Experience of taking customers through the complete sales cycle involving multiple stakeholders (ideally for long-term capital sales opportunities) and effective negotiation skills. The ability to understand and explain technical information effectively. Geographically, this is a broad territory, so you must be willing to spend around 80%-90% of your time on the road. There is great potential for growth and the company offers a truly incentivising commission scheme , which allows for a lucrative OTE of c30k above the base salary.

The role is well suited to a highly-motivated individual who relishes a challenge and enjoys working autonomously.
