- Office based in Waltham Abbey Hours 8-5pm Monday-Thursday 8-4pm Fridays Our client is UK market leader in its industry and they are seeking, a confident and experienced Customer Service/Account Manager/Order Processor who is confident talking to customers and upselling products to existing contacts whilst juggling priorities in a very busy and fast paced environment.

The role will also involve supporting the UK Field based sales Managers by taking ownership of accounts. As a relationship builder you will develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to maximise orders.

This role requires candidates with 3-4 years' experience in a similar sales support role who is confident upselling and cross selling, there is no cold calling involved. Work with internal and external sales colleagues to drive customer growth and ensure continued development of new business pipeline Manage customer pricing and margins to maximise profits. Provide internal sales support on administration, quotes, service and quality issues.

Ensure orders are accurately captured and entered onto the CRM system to deliver daily service promise Exceed KPI targets Take ownership of a high volume of existing Accounts Essential:
