We're looking for a confident and enthusiastic Car & Van Leasing Consultant to join our expanding sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You'll play a key role in growing our customer base, generating revenue, and helping clients find the right vehicle leasing solutions to suit their needs. Working closely with our Marketing and Sales Support teams, you'll manage the entire customer journey, from initial enquiry through to contract completion and renewal, while developing long-term relationships that drive repeat business.

Key Responsibilities Proactively engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable leasing solutions. Manage the full sales process from enquiry through to successful completion. Produce accurate and competitive quotations tailored to customer needs. Follow up leads via telephone and email to maximise conversion opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services.

Manage contract renewals and end-of-contract discussions. Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets. Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey. Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments. About You We're looking for someone with the drive and determination to succeed in a competitive sales environment. Ideally, you'll have:
Previous experience in a sales role (experience within the motor trade is beneficial but not essential). A strong desire to develop your career and maximise your earnings. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving targets. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

A full UK driving licence with a clean driving record. Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. What's on Offer?
