GTM - Senior Account Executive

GTM - Senior Account Executive AI & Technology Services Build something new. Lead a great team. Shape the future of technology services. As AI transforms how businesses work, we’re building a new AI services offering to help our clients make the most of it. We’re looking for an experienced Sales Leader to make this happen. This is a hands-on leadership role.

You’ll lead an established Business Development team of four, while personally winning new business, developing our go-to-market strategy and building a repeatable sales engine. What you’ll do Build and execute our new business and AI go-to-market strategy. Lead, coach and develop a high-performing BD team. Personally engage in key opportunities and win new customers. Build the AI services proposition from first customers through to a repeatable sales motion.

Create a healthy, scalable pipeline and improve sales processes and tooling. Develop referral, channel and technology partnerships. Work with clients to identify where IT, Cyber Security and AI can deliver measurable business value. Work with the Board to align commercial strategy with wider growth ambitions. What we’re looking for You’re an experienced B2B sales leader who has carried a quota, won new business and led a team .

You’re comfortable selling to SMB and mid-market organisations and creating opportunities where there isn’t an established budget or playbook. You’ll ideally bring: A strong track record of new business sales. Experience leading and developing salespeople. IT, technology or managed services experience. A genuine interest in AI and emerging technology. A builder’s mindset — you spot problems, create solutions, test them and improve them.
