You'll be working with a mix of existing clients and warm prospects, helping them get the most out of a well-established software platform, while naturally identifying upsell opportunities.
It's a great fit for someone from customer service, account management or sales who wants to increase their earnings in a supportive, team-driven environment. What you'll be doing Speaking with existing customers to understand their needs and recommend additional products/services Managing and growing client relationships-this is not a purely cold sales role Following up on inbound enquiries and marketing leads Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities in a natural, consultative way Supporting campaigns and events to drive engagement Keeping CRM records updated and organised Working closely with marketing and internal teams What they're looking for Experience in customer service, account management, or sales Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships Someone commercially aware (you don't need hardcore sales experience) Positive, proactive and target-driven mindset Comfortable speaking to customers over phone/email What's in it for you £28,000 - £35,000 base salary realistic £14,000 commission Hybrid working (Fridays from home) Clear progression into senior/commercial roles Private healthcare, life assurance & income protection Regular team incentives, socials & recognition Supportive, people-first culture (not a cut-throat sales floor) If you're interested, then please apply below.
