Sales Manager

Sales Manager - Knightsbridge Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with an established independent agency that specialises in the sale and rental of prime central London property. They are searching for a Sales Manager to join their established team. This role will suit a well-spoken sales agent with 5 years of experience in prime central London sales and lettings.

Duties/functions of the role:
Lead, motivate and manage the residential sales team to achieve and exceed revenue and sales targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, investors and other key clients. Generate new instructions through valuations, business development, networking and existing client relationships. Manage the full sales process from initial instruction through to completion. Provide accurate market appraisals and strategic pricing advice.

Develop and implement effective local business-development strategies across Knightsbridge and surrounding prime Central London areas. Monitor team performance, pipeline activity and conversion rates. Coach team members on prospecting, negotiations, client management and closing techniques. Negotiate offers and transactions confidently, protecting both client relationships and company revenue. Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure clients receive regular, professional communication.

Work closely with marketing and other departments to maximise property exposure and generate new opportunities. Stay up to date with local market conditions, competitor activity and emerging trends. Ensure company procedures, compliance requirements and professional standards are consistently followed. Requirements of the role: 5 years' experience working in prime central London A proven track record and a background of hitting and exceeding targets Must be well-spoken and well-presented Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong IT skills Salary budgets: £50,000 basic salary, £80,000 - £100,000 OTE Required working hours:
Monday to Thursday 9 am - 6 pm, Fridays 9 am - 5.30 pm, and Saturdays every 2 weeks - 10 am to 2 pm from Home.
