Parts Advisor

We are pleased to present an opportunity for a Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor to join a reputable franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealership in Avonmouth. This Parts Advisor role offers the chance to work with a leading industry brand within a well-established local business. The successful Parts Advisor will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing parts enquiries, and ensuring accurate parts identification and dispatch.

Respond to trade and retail customer parts enquiries via face-to-face, email, and telephone communication Accurately identify and process parts orders for collection or next-day dispatch Ensure high standard of customer service throughout all interactions Carry out parts stock control and inventory management Supply parts to HGV technicians within the workshop efficiently Cover for the Parts Delivery Driver during their absence when required Maintain accurate records using electronic parts catalogue systems (experience with Kerridge/Keyloop is advantageous) Support general workshop operations related to parts and stock management Requirements:
Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within a franchised automotive dealership or motor factor business Valuable experience with commercial vehicle parts, though not essential Strong IT skills and familiarity with electronic parts catalogues Valid UK driving licence with minimal points Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Robust organisational skills and attention to detail If you meet the requirements and are eager to develop your career within a dynamic and rewarding environment, this is an excellent opportunity to join a respected employer in Avonmouth.
