Sales Advisor

Sales Advisor Red Recruitment is recruiting a motivated Sales Advisor to join a growing specialist insurance business in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sales experience who wants to build a career in financial services. You do not need insurance experience - full training, ongoing development and support towards professional qualifications will be provided. You'll speak with potential customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable life insurance products within a supportive, high-performing sales environment.

Benefits and Package for a Sales Advisor:
Salary:
Up to £30,000 per annum  uncapped commission

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8.30am-4.30pm One late shift per week, 12pm-8pm One Saturday per month, 9am-1pm

Experience of a Sales Advisor:
Previous sales experience, ideally in a telephone-based or target-driven role Ambitious, motivated and keen to develop Confident communication and active listening skills A positive, professional and customer-focused approach Willingness to learn about financial services products Insurance experience is beneficial but not essential.
