Business Development Executive, Up to £40,000 (OTE £15,000) Milton Keynes, Hybrid (1 day in the office) We are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our clients growing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys identifying new opportunities, engaging senior decision-makers and helping businesses solve real challenges through innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities for a Business Development Executive Use outbound calling, email and social selling techniques to identify and develop new business opportunities within target accounts. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and understand their business challenges. Follow up promptly on leads and nurture them into qualified opportunities. Research, identify and engage prospective customers, converting leads into sales opportunities. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets for meetings and opportunity creation.

Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within the CRM system.
