Duties of the Business Manager:
 
* Build and present car sales finance deals to customers following qualification from the sales team
 
* Ensure compliance with all financial and insurance product regulations, providing accurate information
 
* Establish rapport quickly and effectively with customers, treating customers fairly
 
* Monitor finance performance against targets and identify areas for improvement
 
* Work closely with management to coach and develop team skills to meet business objectives
 
* Log activities accurately to monitor performance and measure outcomes
 
* Maintain a strong brand focus and work independently to maximise sales opportunities
 
* Manage time effectively, including occasional late finishes up to 7:00pm during business demand
 
* Uphold FCA accreditation standards and demonstrate comprehensive understanding of financial legislation
 
* Build lasting customer relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business
 
* Maintain a valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Requirements of the Business Manager:
 
* Proven experience as a Business Manager or Sales Controller within a franchise-approved dealership
 
* FCA accreditation and sound knowledge of financial legislation
 
* Strong leadership skills and a results-driven attitude
 
* Excellent customer relationship skills and professionalism
 
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 
* Dedication to delivering high standards of service and compliance
 
* Valid UK driving licence with no or minimal points
