The Role
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Contract Business Development Manager for a 6-month contract. This role sits within the Marketing and Business Development function and reports to senior partners. The successful consultant will provide both strategic and hands-on support across designated sectors, helping to shape business development activity and deliver agreed outcomes within the contract period.
This is a business-facing position that combines strategic thinking with practical delivery. It requires someone who can quickly understand priorities, build stakeholder relationships, and support the growth of client relationships and new business opportunities.
Responsibilities will include
- Lead the development of compelling proposals, bids and pitch presentations.
- Identify, develop and support the conversion of new business opportunities.
- Develop and manage pipelines of target clients, prospects and opportunities using CRM data.
- Create and deliver business development plans aligned with sector and service-line strategies.
