• Develop new business opportunities:

• Support the new business process:
  Gain hands‑on experience across quoting, placement, and policy structuring
• Handle documentation and broking tasks:
  Strengthen technical knowledge across commercial insurance products
• Collaborate with internal teams:
  Work closely with colleagues to drive growth and deliver client solutions
• Maintain compliance and records:
  Ensure accuracy and professionalism across all client interactions

• Exposure to new business or a strong interest in moving into a new business‑focused role
• Cert CII qualified (or working towards)
