Overview
BGS is looking to appoint an experienced ICT Engineer to join the ICT services team to start asap. The role involves aiding the smooth and effective delivery of ICT services to the school. As an ICT Engineer you will take the lead in resolving issues regarding, and proactive maintenance of, the school's server infrastructure and core network. You will also be involved in identifying, proposing and implementing technical solutions to resolve issues and efficiency gains.
You will be a key member of the team for project and development work, often during the school holiday, to deliver the school's ICT strategy.
- Lead in resolving issues and proactive maintenance of the school's server infrastructure and core network.
- Identify, propose and implement technical solutions to resolve issues and achieve efficiency gains.
- Participate in project and development work, often during school holidays, to deliver the school's ICT strategy.
- Experience managing complex Windows networks, with a virtual server core.
- Experience of using MDM for iPad management is highly desirable.
