Retail Security Officer

Bristol retail security officer – Pay rate £14.81 per hour. Working shifts across Bristol and surrounding areas.

Mitie is looking for a Retail security officer who can deliver exceptional customer service while creating a safe shopping environment, free from the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.

• Deliver industry leading customer service.
• Deter violence and public order offences.
• Conduct patrols of the store.
• Utilise CCTV systems to support the reduction of crime and stock loss.
• Liaise with store management teams.
• Liaise with police and crime partnerships to support the reduction of crime in store.
• Wear Body Worn CCTV to support the reduction of crime and increase colleague and customer safety.

Preferable to hold a current SIA licence or SIA certificates (training can be provided).

Full 5‑year checkable employment/education history required; failure to provide may result in offer withdrawal or employment termination.
