Security Officer

Established in 1987, ICTS specialises in the provision of integrated security and customer services within the most demanding environments. Applying our unique concept, ICTS works with a wide variety of organisation types including major public attractions, leisure, financial, retail, public sector, transport and government bodies.

We are currently recruiting for Security Officers to work on our prestigious contracts in the Bristol & Avonmouth area.

Working alongside the world’s leading online retailer at large fulfilment centres, this is a fast‑paced environment suitable for experienced individuals seeking a role that differs from normal security positions.

You will be working within a small team, requiring reliable and flexible teamwork. These positions are permanent contracts with an immediate start.

We offer full‑time roles based around a 3‑day shift (06:00–18:00), 3‑night shift (18:00–06:00) and 3 off days, with overtime often available.

• Access control
• Communication with other team members and management
• Support to the Loss Prevention Team
• Report writing / logging vehicle movement using electronic systems
• Act within the authorities set out by managers and the company’s assignment working procedures
• Carry out any other duties as directed by supervisor or managers
• Promote ICTS (UK) & Ireland Ltd positively

• Good organisational skills
• Previous security experience is an advantage
• Flexible team member who can communicate with the client, managers and colleagues
• SIA Door Supervision/Manned Guarding licence
• A good command of the English language
• Clear and confident communicator
• High standard of personal appearance
• Physically fit
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Required licence or certification: SIA Security (desirable)
• First Aid at Work

A full driving licence is preferred as some sites are not accessible via public transport.
