Barbara’s Bier Haus is bringing its lively alpine-inspired nightlife experience to the city this August, and we’re looking for professional, customer-focused SIA Licensed Door Supervisors to join our opening security team.

, supporting bars, venues and the wider night-time economy. Our Door Supervisors are more than security professionals – they’re an extension of the venue team, delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

• Monitor and control customer entry and exit procedures
• Conduct s and enforce venue policies
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff
• Handle incidents and conflict situations professionally
• Work closely with venue management and team members
• Monitor crowd behaviour and support venue safety procedures
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism
• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
• Previous experience within nightlife, bars, clubs, or hospitality venues preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure

• Door Supervisor – £13.68 per hour
• Deputy Head Door Supervisor – £16.00 per hour (subject to experience)
• 10-30 hours available each week
