Overview
Options Resourcing Ltd are actively recruiting for an experienced Handyman to assist on a residential site which is based in the centre of Bristol. PASMA
Duties
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues
Install fixtures and fittings such as shelves, cabinets, and appliances
Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring safety protocols are followed
Collaborate with other tradespeople when necessary to complete larger projects
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred
Valid CSCS Card (Required)
Strong knowledge of general maintenance techniques and methods
Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
A background in construction or trade-related fields is a plus.
