Plumbing biased Building Engineer

Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday 07:00-16:00 and Friday 07:00-13:00 (On-call rota 1 week in 6 to be completed – Enhanced rates with on-call commitment monies paid. Company vehicle provided for this.)

• Completion of PPM to all fabric / basic plumbing elements of the building.
• Completion of reactive tasks as required/directed
• Comply with company Health Safety & Environmental procedures.
• Be an ambassador for OCS, maintain their core values
• Carry out any further reasonable requests made by management

• Building Fabric and Plumbing experience, General building skills
• Applicant must have the right to work in the UK
• Must hold a full UK driving license
• Client-facing – able to communicate at all levels

• Multi-skilled across all FM trades, including building, fabric and minor plumbing works
• Experienced in the installation of building services, specifically with all types of pipework
