Solar Installer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Installer located in City of Bristol. The responsibilities include installing and maintaining solar power systems, ensuring proper alignment and functionality, and using hand tools and power tools effectively and safely. The Solar Installer will work collaboratively with the team to adhere to safety standards, address technical issues, and ensure quality control during installations.

Regular travel to job sites and performing tasks outdoors in various weather conditions will be required.

• Experience with solar power systems and familiarity with the solar industry
• Proficiency working with hand tools and power tools
• Ability to follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in construction, roofing, or a similar field is advantageous
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment and working at heights
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to solar installation are a plus
• Willingness to travel to various job sites within the City of Bristol area
