£45k - £52k + van/fuel card + overtime, bonus

• Work on a mobile basis carrying out service and preventative planned maintenance on a wide range of air conditioning appliances for retail and hospitality customers.
• Work both alone and with another engineer when required.
• Carry out maintenance on systems such as VRV's, VRF's, splits, AHU's, etc.
• Cover in and around the M4/M5 corridors, servicing contracts for high‑profile clients.
• Overtime is available and plentiful.
• Use employee trust business for tax‑free money allocation.
• Personal use of the van.
• Access BUPA and Private Dental care after a qualifying period.
• Receive 20 days annual leave plus 3 days at Christmas plus bank holidays.

• Reputable and well‑established manufacturing company specialising in ventilation systems and air conditioning/HVAC within the hospitality/catering sector.
• Close working relationships with blue‑chip household name clients, ensuring long‑term contracts and job security.
• Developing an in‑house maintenance team servicing equipment installed by the business across the UK and globally.
• Committed to training and developing high‑calibre staff.
• Excellent reputation for delivering quality and high standards of service.
• Blue‑chip clients include household names.

• Good customer service skills, well‑presented, articulate, and able to build trust with clients.
• Recognised air conditioning qualifications such as F‑Gas, City & Guilds NVQ.
• Experience with air conditioning service and maintenance contracts.
• Good working knowledge of a wide range of air conditioning appliances including splits, VRV, VRF.
• Motivated and trustworthy.
