The Role

We are looking for an experienced AV Installer to join a growing installation team working on high-profile AV and video conferencing projects across the UK.

This is a field-based role involving regular travel and staying away Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities for the Installation Engineer:

Install AV and video conferencing systems in commercial environments
Fit out conference rooms and meeting spaces to a high standard
Build, assemble, and terminate AV cabling
Work in two-person or more installation teams
Travel to sites across the UK and follow weekly work allocations
Ensure installations meet quality, safety, and client standards
Represent the business professionally on customer sites

Working Pattern & Travel for the AV Installation Engineer:

Monday to Friday, UK-wide travel
Regular overnight stays during the working week
Company vehicle provided for site work
Paid overtime for hours worked beyond contracted hours

Expenses & Probation for the AV Installation Engineer:

All hotels and work-related expenses covered
During 6 month probation, expenses and bookings are managed internally
After probation, company credit card provided

The AV Installation Engineer must have:

Previous experience as an AV Installation Engineer or similar role
Confident installing AV systems in commercial settings
Comfortable with UK travel and staying away from home
Full UK driving licence
Flexible, reliable, and a strong team player
