Counterbalance / FLT Operator - Bristol
This is a fantastic opportunity based in Bristol, working with a busy and supportive warehouse team.

• Location: Bristol
• Salary: 27,040 per annum
• RTW in the UK is required
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm (40 hours per week)

About the Role:
We are looking for a hardworking Counterbalance / Forklift Truck Operator to join a dynamic warehouse environment. You'll be responsible for loading and unloading goods, moving materials safely, and supporting smooth operations. This is a physically demanding role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklift trucks to move materials across the warehouse and yard
• Load and unload goods from trucks, shelves, and storage areas
• Transport materials to designated locations within the facility
• Stack and store items in an organised manner for easy access
• Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Assist with inventory control and keep accurate records of materials moved
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Counterbalance/Bendi licence
• Valid UK Driving Licence
• Previous experience in a physically demanding warehouse role
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
• Skilled in loading and unloading goods securely
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while following safety protocols
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
• IT literate and able to use company systems when required
