Job Overview

Home Serve is recruiting directly‑employed Water Supply Pipe Engineers. As a Water Supply Pipe Engineer you will undertake the maintenance and repair work of water supply systems in our customers' homes, provide industry‑leading service, and help us enhance our reputation while driving customer growth. To help you settle into your career, you will undertake our extensive training programme.

• Week 1 – Attend Head Office in Walsall to cover Home Serve, health and safety, and receive tools and equipment.
• Week 2 – Buddied up with an experienced Water Supply Pipe Engineer.

Where geographically appropriate, Home Serve will pay for accommodation and meal allowance during induction.

• Maintain and repair water supply systems in customers' homes.
• Deliver industry‑leading customer service.
• Support customer growth and reputation.

• Experience repairing, laying, and identifying leaks on water mains.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proactive, "can do" attitude.
• Keen eye for detail and problem‑solving skills.

• Location – Bristol.
• Full Time – 40 hours per week, including some weekend, evening and bank holiday work.

• Salary – £32,250 to £36,700, dependent on experience.
• Guaranteed bonus of £1,500 in first year.
