We are excited to be recruiting into our Woodleaze team.
A fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role, inspiring and developing a team to help young people progress toward independent living in an Ofsted registered purpose-designed, 24/7, high-quality supported accommodation setting for up to 18 young people.
The role is advertised as full time, but we would consider 0.9 FTE for the right candidate.

Who are we?
We are a leading youth homelessness charity based in the Southwest, working with over 1,500 young people.

How we work At 1625ip our work is rooted in Psychologically Informed Environments (PIE) and Trauma-Informed Practice (TIP). Our Psychologically Informed Framework shapes how we build relationships, use our spaces, and support young people.
This means we prioritise safety, trust, collaboration, and understanding the impact of trauma in every interaction.
You don’t need prior experience in PIE or TIP to apply

What you will be doing:

Through partnership working you will create a dynamic service where young people can access a range of support and activities.
You’re driven by a belief that young people deserve the highest quality of aspirational and ambitious support, and you inspire that same commitment in your team.
You can confidently manage the practicalities of rent collection, maintenance, void turnaround, health and safety and more.
You’re dedicated to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of every young person and child and know how to put this into practice
You combine a sharp eye for detail, with strong analytical skills, using both to oversee budgets, track KPI’s and inform decision-making.
You will be in Woodleaze, and your line manager will be our Programme Manager.
