Position Details

Full Time, Fixed Term until 31st March 2027. Salary: BG12‑BG13 (£42,839 ‑ £50,269) – dependent on experience. Please see attached paperwork. The role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.

Based at B Bond in Central Bristol, in an open‑plan office overlooking the Floating Harbour and Clifton Suspension Bridge. Easy transport links and nearby amenities.

Complete assessments of potential Special Guardians, engaging, assessing, and analysing candidates. Support transitions, review and assess support needs, and provide ongoing support to established Special Guardians and children in their care across the city.

Experience and knowledge related to Kinship Care and Special Guardianship. Systemic thinking and anti‑discriminatory & anti‑racist practice. Confidence in having courageous conversations to achieve good outcomes for children.
