We’re seeking motivated Family Hub Deputy Managers to provide day-to-day leadership and service oversight across our Family Hub teams and help deliver high-quality early help services.

Responsibilities

You’ll lead and support staff, support and plan service delivery, oversee referrals and casework, and ensure consistently strong practice through supervision, quality assurance and performance management.

You will ensure your team feels supported, motivated and confident to deliver excellent practice that leads to positive outcomes for families, and you’ll help maintain safe, welcoming Hub environments.

Working closely with partners across health, education, early years and the voluntary sector, you will play an active role in strengthening multi‑agency collaboration, representing the Family Hub at key meetings and contributing to joined‑up, responsive support for families.

In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to lead on thematic areas of service development, championing best practice, sharing learning and helping to shape and grow Family Hub services across the locality.
