Community Care Live is seeking an experienced Adult Social Worker to join their Adult Safeguarding Team in the United Kingdom. This permanent role allows hybrid working with flexibility, requiring only 1–2 days in the office per week.
The successful candidate will manage safeguarding caseloads, complete statutory assessments, and collaborate with partner agencies to protect vulnerable adults. Strong experience in safeguarding procedures and qualifications in social work are required.
