ADULT SOCIAL WORKERS – BRISTOL. Hybrid Working | 3 Roles Available | Immediate Start. We are recruiting 3 experienced Adult Social Workers to join a busy and supportive team based at Bristol Community Links in Bristol.

Mid-March. Location/Base:
Bristol Community Links.

Contract:

Full-time until 30 September. Free on-site parking available. Hybrid working model with flexibility and a clear structure, including office attendance during the initial weeks, rostered duty days, and monthly practice meetings.

• Car Act Assessments
• Reviews
• Section 42 Enquiries
• Mental Capacity Assessments
• Best Interest Decisions
• Participation in duty rota
• Court of Protection work (where applicable)

• Confident, experienced practitioners who can hit the ground running
• Considerable experience in Adult Social Care
• Strong knowledge of statutory responsibilities
• Confident managing complex caseloads
• Experience using LAS (preferred)
• To apply you will need:

• A minimum of 3 years experience of working in the UK as a registered social worker
• A relevant Social Work Qualification
• Registration with Social Work England
• Enhanced DBS, registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
• 3 years of referencing
• Driving license with access to a car

• 20 years’ experience of the Social Work market
• Local agency base in Cardiff
• PAYE and Umbrella payroll options
